This program is designed to be a bridge between diagnosis and warrior life. Each module builds on the previous one and prepares you for the next step. At the end of the program, you will be:

• Motivated to continue your growth
• Equipped with essential tools for managing IBD
The program assumes you are in remission!

14-DAY SCHEDULE:
Week 1: BASICS
